Business Attire is Required. Always wear professional, clean, and pressed business attire to all FBLA events, conferences, and competitions — it reflects your respect for the organization and your fellow competitors.
Arrive Early. Plan to be at every event, meeting, or competition venue at least 15–20 minutes ahead of your scheduled time. Punctuality demonstrates professionalism and gives you time to prepare mentally.
Speak Clearly and with Confidence. Whether presenting to judges or speaking on a panel, project your voice, maintain eye contact, and pace yourself. Confidence in delivery can make or break a score.
Respect Time Constraints. Every competitive event has strict time limits. Practice your presentation so it fits within the allotted window — running over or under time can result in point deductions.
Take Pride in Representing Wheeler FBLA. You carry the name of our chapter, our school, and our community. Conduct yourself with integrity, sportsmanship, and enthusiasm at every event.
